All our products have obtained CE and ETL certificates, and come with an 18 month guarantee (12 months on CD player / stereo). After the warranty expires, we will continue to provide parts at a substantially reduced rate. Because we don't use an agent or middle-man, we are substantially cheaper than high street stores with no difference in quality.
